Christy Rhynes is the most talented stylist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I moved to Denver from LA several years ago, tried a couple stylists locally and was then introduced to Christy. Christy asked to see the condition of my hair before accepting me as a client. She waited until my hair was in better condition before adding any balayage or color. She is a true professional and a master colorist. She is the best balayage stylist I have ever known. If you are lucky enough to be accepted as a new client, (she is booked 8-10 weeks out), you will be thrilled with her work. Walked in on time, was led to a chair covered in hair to sit down. Asked politely for it to be wiped down. Sat, waited. Shared photos of hair cuts I had saved for ideas. Apparently this is not allowed. Haha. Discussing styles is forbidden. Christy Rynes was offended that I asked questions. And...yeah...didnt like that I was scrolling on my phone to specific styles Ive saved. What the??! Ohhh k. Geez. Federal offense apparently. No clue what customer service actually means. Got it. Besides that...be careful when parking out front. Streets are not safe. Wouldnt go back ever. Ive never met anyone so unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend. Literally crazy, entitled attitude. But ohhhh-K. L-O-L. Prism Hair wow. Thats crazy. I literally walked in the door at 6:03 pm for my 6:15 pm appointment. I asked for the chair (covered in hair) to be wiped down. My mask was on the whole time. Slipped off nose as I spoke but I pulled it up as I definitely want to follow protocol. Yes, I of course (after being treated badly, condemned for sharing saved photos and asking simple questions)...shared that Id would leave a review (which I never, ever leave bad reviews). This experience warranted this response. Ive never been met with such extreme unprofessionalism or rude behavior. Oh well. All good. I think she was having a bad day but Id never recommend this business. Glad the scissors never came out. Waaaaay too aggressive!! Lol. AND -- to top it off, she's just violated the Google Terms with continued bullying, aggressive and hostile behavior. Yikes! Proved my point. Gotta love the LASHING below.. Ha! Telling. Had a gal call me when she read my review. Her hair was BUTCHERED by these people. Cut & Color Chaos! Sent me a photos. OMG! Poor thing. Anyway, word to the wise... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! And, let me set the record straight.. after going in, having a bad experience, and ultimately leaving.. they FOUND me online and wrote a bad review to something completely unrelated to this experience. Google made them take it down as it is against Google policy to do this. Again.. pick your poison! I'd RUN.
