When you start your day checking to see if you signed an indemnity clause to book, you know you had a bad experience. I doubt my hair will hold a curl again until the entire head is grown out. Chemical damage, like a perm, leaves a distinct smell that does not wash out. This morning, after going in for a disastrous styling yesterday, I smelled that damage smell. Four washes and a stripping later, then a shellac gel and curl have confirmed my suspicions. This hair is ruined. The folks knew right away that they didn't have the technical skills to do what I had asked, and rather than suggestion something they could pull off, they persevered, kept me for two hours, charged ME extra after screwing up so many times, and left me with damaged hair. I'm livid, naturally. Go to Blo Bar for a blowout, but leave anything else to professionals. Service: Hairstyling

Wanted to get my hair done for family photos and called to book something 2 months in advance since I needed a specific time. Tried calling twice during business hours and no one answered, so made an appointment via their website. Received an email confirming my appointment. They called a couple days later to ask if I could come in 2 hours later than what I had booked, which I had to let them know I couldn't do and they said that was OK, so I was relieved. Then 3 weeks later they called again to say they couldn't do my appointment unless I came 2 hours later, which as I had already told them I could not do, so ended up with no appointment. Wish there had been better communication and more notice so I had a chance of finding another appointment elsewhere. No apology from them. Disappointed with this experience.

I don't even know where to begin! I LOVE Blo Blow Dry Bar. I have never felt so at home at a salon. I have used other Dry Bars before and to be honest, I was just another mop of hair in a seat.When you walk in you are immediately greeted with friendly smiles and pops of eye catching colors and product. The girls always confirm your name, ask you if you would like a beverage and offer a consult. Even if you are someone like me who has now fallenso in love with this affordable luxury that I've joined the club, they still treat me like it's my first day.Something that really stands out is you will never know if the owner is there or not. The Centennial crew has always "blown" me away by how professional they are. I was in yesterday and they were training a new hire and it was like getting a free styling lesson while I was getting my hair done.Get a membership, follow their fun instagram, and try them out. I promise Shaela and her team will have you turning heads in no time!I have to add my go to girl is Brooklyn and Flo is always there when I need her but you really can't go wrong with any of the Centennial team!
