    I train Jiu Jitsu every day and did CrossFit for a few years. Have a bunch of injuries related to those sports. Did a personal training session with Sarah Martin and learned some low impact, high yield exercises from her that I have been doing for a few months now and my shoulders and back havent felt this good in years. Thanks!

    Lions Den is such a great combination of things. First and foremost the people. Tristan and the team are so knowledgeable and welcoming. The equipment and facility are top shelf. I used to hate them, but the steel maces are becoming a favorite. The programming is second to none. They put proper mechanics at the forefront, and build off of that solid foundation. Look no further wherever you are on your fitness journey. Lions Den SMP is the place to be.

    Cant say enough good things about this gym. The coaches, the members, the facility - these guys just get it. Intelligent, evidence-based program design with thoughtfully selected exercises that address literally every aspect of fitness. Youre just not going to find this level of programming at most gyms - its clear these guys are constantly staying up to date with the latest training techniques and science surrounding health/wellness. The coaches are highly educated and provide great instruction and feedback. Environment is very welcoming and the owners, coaches, and members are all super friendly. Place is super clean and the equipment is gold-standard. Cannot recommend this gym enough!
