Ive been going there on and off for over 15 years, and even when you arent going Billy (the owner) reaches out and keeps you accountable. There are coaching emails weekly, attention to any injuries, and a truly collaborative environment. Most people who join become lifers bc you make great friends and feel the care and support like family.

The.Best.Gym. Billy Jamie,& Kyleigh are phenomenal! They meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be! They have a wealth of knowledge and break it down so you understand. Retrofit is an awesome community and the least toxic gym there is for all!

I have been working out with Billy for the last 20 years since I was 15 years old! He has made me stronger through high school and college lacrosse, medical school, marriage and having a baby. His knowledge base is endless and his ability to create a workout that fits perfectly with your life is unmatched. I am grateful for all the years I have been able to train with Billy and Jamie at RetroFIT and looking forward to many years to come!
