Denver Poke Company

This is an awesome poke spot, the thing with poke is that it's hard to get good poke without becoming poor. This place rides that balance, great poke, great price. The staff was awesome too, very friendly and we had a good and friendly conversation! I plan on returning and you should plan on coming for the first time!

The two employees both gave me an attitude and then they overcharged me. When I disputed, they insisted it was correct, which it was not. I have been here before, ordered the same thing, and it was not even close to that price. $30+ is outrageous for a poke bowl.

Ive eaten a fair bit of poke in my day and DPC is among the best. Very surprising for being in Colorado. Tons of amazing options for toppings. Seaweed, crab, calamari, and octopus salads. Mango, pineapple, crispy garlic & onion, furikake, etc.

I am giving this rating based on service alone. We went in there at 6:25- they close at 7. They were cleaning the floors and had all the chairs stacked up ready to close. The little boy at the counter said all I have left is enough rice for half of a poke bowl and there were 2 of us. They clearly didnt want our business. I just want the owner to be aware that your employees are closing up shop 40 minutes early and unwilling to go get some rice in the back to make a proper poke bowl for customers coming in 40 minutes prior to close even for take out.

I was pretty impressed with the food. I got a takeaway salmon bowl. Good quality but they had run out of the base I wanted (greens). Not the best value joint. Service was good. Not the best ambiance for dine in.
