I want to give thanks to Ford the owner, which was very Gracious, Efficient, Reliable, and had great customer service, My first encounter With a gentleman by the name of Dwayne was very horrible. He was rude and very disrespectful, Needless to say, Ford made sure that he made everything right!! I would definitely recommend them for all your glass needs.Thanks again Ford

After not being impressed with another company, I looked up Professional Auto Glass. They worked personally with me with insurance to insure that I got the right glass (replace, not repair due to the huge star break). They were waiting for me when I arrived and got right to work. Very conscientious about their work. Was particularly impressed with how they insured that the car was correctly calibrated after installation. Very happy with their work.
