Seems to be consistent with others - customer service is absolutely the worst, product won't be delivered, and professionalism is completely trash. Save your money and time and avoid this location.

This is the worst customer service. I contacted them already 3 times about an order. The tracking shows no progress but it is supposed to be delivered today. Don't ever order anything here.

Came to this location today around 12:40pm, and was greeted by Johnny. He was friendly and helpful. He helped me pick out some tasty treats and was absolutely patient with me and my toddler! Thank you again Johnny!

same day delivery ordered and not delivered. When I called the individual store the next day, employee could only say "it wasn't delivered. I don't know why. I wasn't here". I was never notified that delivery was not completed. Offered refund but could not / would not expound on their failure to deliver. Additionally, never received a response to the inquire about your order email I sent, a link that was offered on the delivery confirmation site. I dont believe I would have been notified of the non-delivery if I hadnt inquired directly, they would have just kept the money.
