Growgeneration has become a complete joke to try and deal with. Patrick makes me embarrassed to be 1rish. He would make a better cop than grow store manager. He is a chode not only in stature but also attitude. I exchanged 27 co2 tanks in the last month. Growgeneration also switched gas suppliers in that time and tried to stick me with a bunch of out of date tanks. Even though it is clear as day they exchanged them for me by doing a simple glance at my account. Patrick tried to deny it and I had to get corporate involved to solve the issue. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this band of idiots. Shop at any other grow store.

The chubby leprechaun tried to screw us out of exchanging our tanks because they were out of date from their previous provider, their new provider has different practices and grow gen tried to deflect the blame and take it out on their customers. I guess you don't become a corporate giant without screwing over your customers. This would never happen in a mom and pop grow shop.
