        Horrible experience. Keypad wasnt opening our garage door. Called a tech out. He was at our house for approximately 5 minutes to pretty much tell us that it was broken and it will be $300 to reprogram. He then charged us $50 for his 5 minute visit and left. He made $50 off of us to tell me what I already knew. Called the company, and they pretty much told me that we were charged $50 for a quote. Most expensive quote Ive received in 5 minutes. Could of googled the solution for free.

      Hi Jackie. We apologize that you were not pleased with your recent visit with OGD. We were called to come out, and you reported that your keypad was not working. When booking the call, John explained that we have a $50 service call for the visit, and that the technician would go over any cost for needed repairs after his initial inspection. We understand there are other avenues for customers who want to perform the repairs themselves, however we are a bit confused to see your review here not being happy with the cost for the visit, as that was given up front and agreed to before getting the visit booked on the schedule. The quote he left was for a full motor repair, and included other services to ensure the motor is not contributing to your keypad losing its programming, as we would take the overall approach of addressing the problem as a whole.
