The store is beautiful. But if you're interested in actually buying anything, expect to wait 120 days (and counting). They will quote you 5 weeks for your order and then just perpetually keep you in limbo. I still don't have my order.

Alex was our sales contact. Her customer service was beyond exceptional. She was polite and extremely helpful. Alex was truly incredible to work with and made shopping at HWHome a fun experience. She is knowledgeable about the products and did not pressure us to buy. The ambiance in the store is inviting, and the layout such that you can easily picture the items in your home. The decor and furniture are high quality products and you can feel confident in your purchase.

The style drew us in. The quality brought us back. Over 10 years ago, we bought an oversized round chair from HW home, and it still looks and feels great. When we saw the Tete-a-Tete chaise, we knew it would be a perfect fit for our home. The lines are stunning, the construction is solid, and the cushions are dreamy. Ordering and delivery was smooth and quick. We are delighted with our purchase, and glad to support a local company.

We might have had an unusual experience with this store. We are building a home and ordered a coffee table with different grains of wood for $2500+. It arrived damaged in shipping, and we did notice the damage because it was "hidden" due to the grains of wood, and we were swamped dealing with contractors and other furniture delivery. We let them know the next day and waited and waited. Calls were ignored. Finally, we spoke to someone who denied responsibility by stating we accepted the delivery. Reasoning did not help. We have the time and the means to resolve this issue, but you may want to rethink and take your business elsewhere. We are also working with Restoration Hardware and Ethan Allen; they are a class apart; the quality of product, people, and culture make for a wonderful customer experience, especially when you expect service. Just be careful.
