Sold us items online that they didnt have - and we wouldnt have bought the in stock items if wed known the others would never materialize. Still havent refunded us for the just kidding items, even though that was last week. Cant be bothered to sort anything out whether its a real person at a store, or customer service on the phone, or through text. Warehouse has given us locations in two different states and three different dates that the in stock items might be ready, and everyone insists the others are wrong. I hate doing other peoples jobs, especially when Im just trying to give them money for goods. We have now spent over four hours of our lives on phone calls just trying to get the things we paid for and it looks like were going to have to make a trip out of state just to pick them up, and they still cant actually guarantee theyll be there on the reserved date. If I had known this was an imploding poorly-managed company, I would never have given them a moment of my time, or a cent of my money. Maybe you can benefit from our misfortune by avoiding it all.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Their inventory is never up to date in their system. I have ordered two pieces that say in stock and are actually not in stock. MONTHS GO BY WITH EXCUSES/ different stories. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH LACK OF COMPASSION DUE TO CONSTANT MESS UPs ON THEIR END!!!!!!

Came in with my fianc and walked around the entire store. Nobody acknowledge or greeted us except for one lady the young girl at the register area and older gentleman both looked at us and said nothing. Terrible customer service and I truly felt unwelcome. I was looking to purchase a sofa, but I took my business elsewhere. Very disappointed.
