I have an inbound pallet sitting at their warehouse for a week. No phone number listed actually works. No email responds. Do not use these guys...about as fly by night as it gets.

How are they 2.8 stars not even deserving of 1 star and it was my only option. Worst customer servicehung up twice on me when I asked when item would be delivered. Arrived at facility and its taking 7 days just to go only 7 miles away! . Do not use this company!!

No communication throughout the entire process. Vague information when you do reach someone. This company is a joke. Will not do business with anyone who uses them as a carrier ever again. @ampedbikes
