We had to ship two dogs for our son in the military moving to Hawaii. Brittany Assuega was such a helpful and kind representative of General Air Cargo and she even called Alaska Airlines customer service to confirm she could help us with a small situation which came up. One of the other workers was just going to say No and not helpful at all. But Brittany went above and beyond to be helpful during a stressful time. Thank you so much Brittany! And I hope your bosses see this review and appreciate you for all you do!

I do not recommend this air cargo service for pets. The people at the air general office at the Denver airport are rude and unhelpful. And most concerning is their inconsistent standards for what documentation is required for flying your pet. We arrived at the time they requested (5:00 am) to ship our dog on an American Airlines flight at 8:15. They made us wait an hour then declared that our paper work from the veterinarian was not acceptable, yet this was the exact same paperwork that we used for the flight out a week before. They offered no solutions and the flight was missed.

They team couldn't seem to follow their own printed instructions. I had to make several trips back/forth to US Customs because they didn't send the required documents.
