Dont have respect for the rights of their employees one of my family member worked there and was fired just because the leadership and this include production manager give permission at them supervisors to bring in their family every single summer from Mexico at the company for temporary work and take out at other employees who already have seniority trampling all their rights and HR does nothing.
Add of that their lack of professionalism since the leadership spends long hours talking to each other in the production office without caring about production.
Im not sure if the owner are aware of this but this is so bad for the company and them reputation.
