Scott Hefley was absolutely amazing, he made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond. The flowers are stunning and we will be back to work with Scott again.

I spent $400 last Thursday and more than half of the flowers I purchased were NOT useable. They were already dead or dying. Company refused to refund me. Horrible service and product. You can better and cheaper flowers at safeway. I will never use the company as a resource again.

Last time I went I was overall happy with my experience. It was my first experience and I went for supplies for an event where we were making shower bundles. They had a great selection of four different kinds of eucalyptus, and tons of floral stems to choose from. Prices for roses and carnations seemed a little high, but Im new to the floral game. The spray roses and carnations I got upon that first visit were very sad by day two unfortunately, but I know that can be part of the process of working with fresh stems. I visited this morning as well, for similar supplies. They only had seeded eucalyptus, which was a big bummer but I was informed that the new eucalyptus shipment comes in on Sunday, so I understand. They had very few fresh stems, most of the florals already looked very sad in the fridge. The carnations looked great, but the price had gone up by $16/bundle since the last time I visited. Again, I understand, prices fluctuate based on your supplier and the season and the distance they travel to their destination. One of the wax flower bundles I got has mold all over it. Its all the way through the middle of the bunch, so unfortunately, I cannot utilize any of that bundle. I ended up getting carnations, mums, and more eucalyptus at another place. I think overall, between my perception/experience and other reviews, this business can be very hit or miss if youre buying stems for personal/DIY use, but their arrangements and events florals seem to be great. Thank you to Associated Wholesale for opening up your doors to the public though, and not just those with wholesale licenses.
