        I came in to purchase about $30k in tile for a new build, was ignored for 15 minutes, asked a manager and they blew me off. I ended up going to a different dealer, they don't deserve my business.

        What a horrible business, they sell you the cheapest stuff they can and try charging top dollar. The owner is an actual peice of garbage who will try and take your money any chance he gets and has his employees right good reviews on here to make his company look good. Dont trust them go somewhere else.

      Ben, as the sole manager here I must say I haven’t had a complaint about our staff’s professionalism in years. As a by appointment wholesale showroom to the trade I do not see you or RC’s name on our schedule for an appointment either. As an independent and family-owned business, we pride ourselves in our level of service no matter the scale of the project and have been serving our repeat clients for over 25 years. It seems this review may have been left in error, but if you would like to discuss further, please give us a call.

      RC, I’m not sure if your review is related to Ben’s but timing would suggest it may be. Your review is a bit vague and attempts to cover quite a bit of ground, but I can assure you it is unfounded. For over 2 decades, it has been our goal to create a showroom that employees would want to work at, and therefore trade professionals would like to frequent as well. If there is a bona fide concern regarding an appointment or employee at our showroom, we could certainly speak further to address your dissatisfaction.

      Jeff, unfortunate to find another unsubstantiated, false, and less than eloquent review. It appears you are affiliated with Rip/RC and Ben or are perhaps related. In any regard, you, nor Rip or Ben have ever been a client or even entered our business. For 25 years we have operated as a to the trade closed showroom dealing with professionals in the industry. Hopefully you can find other things to occupy your time outside of smearing locally family owned businesses.

With that said, I'm sorry the customer service you received prior to working with us was not satisfactory.
