Taco Bell

Came for the Mexican Pizzas! Drive through was very fast and the staff were friendly. Got everything we ordered correct plus napkins, utensils and sauces. Food was hot and well made.

Not so often, maybe once every year, Ill get an irresistible craving for two Steak Chalupas with a crunch taco and some fire sauce on the side. And that is exactly what happened almost a year ago. So I pull up to order my number 6 and wait in the permanent line they have there. Which is where my confusion begins. See, the first time I went I asked them specifically for no cheese or sour cream because I really dont believe these ingredients belong on a taco, but their Dorrito flavored tacos are a crowd favorite, so who am I to say what belongs where? I finally get my bag and there is sour cream & cheese on the taco. As an introvert, I never really want to park my car, get out and walk into the facility to ask them to remake my taco. So I ate it but I was never quite happy because of that. Im a nice guy, so I decide to try my luck a second time the very next day, and the same thing happens. Its been almost a year and I have a feeling Ill get that craving sometime soon. I hope that this review will make it just in time for the owner to realize that they need to pay their employees more in order for them to be successful at their job.

I honestly have no idea why Im wasting more of my time writing a review knowing very well that the franchisee wont be receptive to feedback and wont implement any positive changes to their store and that management wont care to hear of a customers negative experience. I went inside for a mobile order because the drive-thru was 15 cars deep and still waited 25 minutes to receive the wrong order while they gave mine to someone in the drive thru. No napkins or sauces were provided either. The manager spent more time entertaining what I assume was her dwarf boyfriend who was talking to her while in the lobby. Fast food isnt fast.

They usually make my food well. Lately the drive through line has been ridiculously long. Twice Ive gotten into it, but left because I sat in the same spot for 15 minutes. The line wasnt moving. Then the first time this happened I tried to go inside, but they closed it due to staffing shortage. They need to get it together.

This places always messing up. Im today I got a nacho fry and they gave me no cheese, and when I went back the girl gave me attitude after I asked if they could give me a drink for the inconvenience. Bad customer service and very unprofessional all Around
