Been to this location multiple times most of the people are rude drive thru and in lobby. But making this review because there was a hair in girlfriends Big Mac last time we went and it wasnt just one little hair it was a long hair that was tangled in the cheese and everything. This location needs better management!!

Came here around 9:30. Service was aweful waited 25 minutes for a Big Mac and the employees come up look at you get scared and go into the back without interacting with you. The manager on duty asked what I was waiting for and I gave her the order number. She then asked what was on it cause the order was gone and went to go grab the order. She proceeded to slam the bag onto the counter and yelled heres your Big Mac with some ridiculous attitude for having such an easy job. As a teenager whos worked plenty of fast food it really isnt hard. Honestly I thought it was hilarious with my friend but still the service is constantly horrible here. Id take the extra 5 minutes to go to the one off wadsworth and chatfield or just go to the infinitely better Taco Bell in the same parking lot. Everything is also pretty gross here. (see photo)
