Worst customer service. Bold guy with glasses has some serious attitude I was visiting from out of state and wanted a new neverfull the guy was rude and gave me attitude. Left empty handed as I decided to go to my local LV store and order from them.

I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the service I received from a sales associate in this store (wish I knew her name but all I have is her employee code KK0P). I visited the store in order to receive a repair on my bag purchased in 2020. The bag is in nearly perfect condition, but the leather handle straps were attached to a heavy thick chain which caused the leather on the strap to sever where the connection was. This associate repeatedly blamed me for the damage of the bag. Stating that I poorly cared for my purse and that I probably left it in the car where it received heat damage. She proceeded to tell me that it would cost me $400 to repair this minor fix that was not even a centimeter big. Additionally, gave me no other option but to replace the entire chain. I am absolutely disgusted that such a high quality brand has 0 accountability or any want/effort to accommodate their customers who spend thousands of dollars on their product. This was clearly a manufacturing defect and had nothing to do with the way I treated by bag.

If I could give this place no stars, I would but unfortunately I have to give them at least one to write a review. My experience was horrible. The merchandise they sell is absolutely great. However, they give absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The sales associates were super dismissive and lazy. When I asked someone for help, she had an attitude and acted like she didnt want to help me and told me to wait for another associate, who also had a bad attitude. When I said I was going to complain to her manager, she changed her tone and tried to be fake nice. It was a Caucasian woman with glasses and an older dark tan skinned woman and they both were working at the display shelves to the right if your facing the store. I will NEVER go there again. Its a shame that such horrible customer service can ruin a business.

I was visiting Denver for work, and was excited to purchase a new wallet at Louis. I do not have a Louis boutique in my home state, and was looking forward to visiting this location as Ive received exceptional service in other boutiques Ive visited in previous locations. Most notably the location in Waikiki where I purchased my new work bag. Upon entering the Cherry Creek location, a gentleman was standing behind the front table. I smiled expecting to receive a warm welcome as there were no other guests in the store at the time. He glanced at myself and my coworker, and quickly looked away. It felt like he was annoyed we walked in. We then made our way to the womens side of the store and noticed two employees talking to each other in the rear of the store. No greeting, and no acknowledgment of our presence. I then found my way to the mens side, and began searching for wallets. At this point another employee came out of the back room and said hello and continued to go on her way. No offer of assistance. I then proceeded to start shopping the wall displays as it looked to me was an accessible area for guests to shop. Especially since we had no guidance or proper greeting up to this point. After a few minutes of browsing bags and accessories displayed against the wall, a gentleman approached me and firmly said sir you cannot stand behind the register. I looked around and did not see a register near where I was standingFurthermore if I had been assisted up to this point perhaps I wouldnt be breaking their boundary rules. After he corrected my shopping behavior, he just left and again no offer of assistance. I really wanted a wallet so I then sought out assistance from the original employee who ignored our entry. He reluctantly assisted me with looking at wallets and seemed less than thrilled to be helping me. I had a wallet in mind and his response to me was thats an old collection. Greatthen suggest something I might like instead! This team is clearly not engaged, and clearly doesnt have an interest in upholding the luxury atmosphere I thought Louis Vuitton is known for. I ended up going across the hall to Burberry where I received exceptional service and purchased my new wallet. I only spent $400 that day, but they fail to realize all business matters. Date of visit: 04/05/2023, approx. 3pm.
