My daughter has had the BEST time checking on her mushies 3x a day and marveling at how fast they grew. We finally harvested them and she has taken different mushroom dishes to school for lunch all week!

I work with adults with Developmental Disabilities and we took some of our folks to APEX MUSHROOMS. Nathan was an incredible educator, prompting many questions from our travelers. I also bought a pink oyster fruiting block from him and just harvested first flush in only 7 DAYS!!! Quality product and a great human!! I highly recommend him and his products!

I wanted to find out how to grow lion's mane mushrooms because i understand they are wonderful for your brain. I went to Apex Mushroom and not only did i learn about lion's mane but i learned so much about all the other mushrooms that Nathan grows and how to grow my own. I brought home absolutely gorgeous fresh mushrooms that turned out to be absolutely delicious. I sauted them last night. Even my daughter who doesn't like the mushroom consistency, absolutely loved them. I encourage anyone interested in mushrooms to go visit Nathan at Apex. I can absolutely say, the drive is so worth it. Thank you Nathan.
