Bruner Family Medicine

Been here since about 2006. This clinic has really changed and not in a good way. I appreciate our physician, but the clinic itself and the customer service is horrible. Was not informed of policy changes so was turned away right before an important appointment. Reschedule two weeks out. I will likely make this our last appointment here and move on. So not worth it when every time lately I get greeted with attitudes and questions. This used to be a great place and everyone was kind. What a shame.

Even i try really hard, it'll be very hard for me to say anything bad about this place. I am absolutely very lucky to be treated here! Top doctors! I really can't expect anything more! Thank you Bruner

Ive been coming here since my pregnancy in 2021. I dont know who I just talk to you but I just got the nastiest attitude for trying to schedule my daughter an appointment and myself. The customer service is really going downhill since theyve switched over to the new company. The providers are still great because I get to keep my providers even though it is a teaching clinic and they do change every so often. Its really just the receptionist that I keep getting issues with.
