        I had to call their office continuously over the course of 4 months to get a pre-authorization completed for the medication I had been prescribed. But my worst experience was with the billing department, who - 6 months later - still have not billed my medical visits to my insurance. They continue to say they are working on it but I owe $600 for a regular check up since they have apparently still not submitted the claim to my insurance and are asking me to pay full fee.
