These btches never answer the phone, you can call at opening time, midday, 1 hours before closing and they NEVER pick up the phone. Its impossible to make an appointment, the doctor here I really like which is the only reason I insist on trying to make an appointment. Ive called everyday for the past week at different times and have not had anyone pick up that damn phone. I think Im going to go to Costco and try my luck there even though last time their optical staff was rude but not picking up the phone for a week is just as rude at this point.

The eye doctor and staff are great. Very professional and friendly, highly recommend. The staff working the actual appointments and checkins need some serious work, though. Not that they aren't friendly, especially the older lady with the glasses she is super sweet and friendly, but I have to say it is so hard to get ahold of anyone to get an appointment, and they messed up my appointment times 3 out of 3, which is very frustrating. Again, the actual vision staff were so great so I feel bad leaving this, but at the same time I hope they do something to improve the experience before actually getting to them, because if you can't see or have bad eyes like I do, you can't avoid seeing an eye doctor, and really if I'd known how this place was going to be I would've gone somewhere else.

Ladies working there were super helpful and kind, and I'm so grateful! I was on a trip and forgot my contacts at home, but they pulled through the same day with the contacts in stock. Thanks again!
