Pretty horrible experience. I have no doubt these guys can tackle a multi-million dollar project with everything they've got, but for a small project - expect to shelved until they have time, or assign it to junior members. Waited over 2.5 months for a simple ALTA survey, which was the first step in a larger project. Had to push, prod, and even show up in person to ask them to finish the survey. Waded through five different contacts, none of which would call or write back after it was "their turn to deal with me". I was even receiving invoices with no explanation of work completed or if they were even still working on it. Going to take the rest of my project elsewhere as this "litmus test" first step was a failure on their part.

I highly recommend Altitude Land Consultants. They are great to work with, very knowledgeable and have saved my clients time and money during the course of their projects.

When working on building a winning team, making sure you have the best talent is a must. I'm happy to say Eric Burtzlaff and Altitude Land Consultants have become just that for our real estate development company. Eric and his team function as integral member of our engineering team. They work efficiently, think creatively, and truly treat all of our projects as if they were their own. Looking forward to the next one guys!
