39 North surveyed the property we bought. After the purchase, we discovered the survey was obviously bogus. The survey broke laws regarding boundaries. As a result a lot of our property was gerrymandered away and given to the property next to us, benefitting a company that the attorney managing the sale of the property had an interest in. IMPORTANT, If you have had a survey done by 39 North that does not seem right or involves a ditch company, Please contact me, see attached picture. I will be glad to provide anyone with detailed information to illustrate what I said above.
