No communication, poor mgmt skills, delays upon delays. Seemed like a good idea, but like swimming out too far into open ocean, regretting every stroke.

Stephanie Frederick was very communicative every step of the way, checking in to make sure I was prepared and knew what to expect for the interview. My experience with her is one of few good experiences I've had with recruiters and for that I would recommend anyone to work with her.
