Frontline Source Group

HORRIBLE. Have used 2 other staffing agencies in the past (another in the DTC and one in Lakewood) and they did an excellent job meeting with me and finding me a position within a week. This staffing agency was a joke. Followed all the steps online and waited a week for someone to reach out for their "online interview process" but was never contacted. Called the office directly to see if I could meet in person but the woman stated they only do interviews online (to save time for both parties). She said I would be contacted in a couple of days and that never happened. Went back online, ended up contacting their chat feature and was told my file wasn't entered in the system. They apologized and said I should be contacted next day. That was 3 weeks ago! Still no email, call, interview or anything. I've looked on their site again and I more than qualify (with my resume) for half of their posted jobs. Poor customer service. Bad follow up and will NOT recommend to friends or family. Dont like the fact they won't meet you in person. Luckily I went back to a previous staffing agency and got a Government contract within 2 days.

I had such an extraordinary involvement with Frontline.The staff were awesome to work with.They were continually eager to help, and answer questions about any potential positions.I throughly delighted in the provisional positions that were accommodated me.Very expert and friendly.Thanks

I couldn't have asked for a better experience from a staffing company. Jamie was great, she exceeded all my expectations. I would certainly recommend Frontline Source Group!

This was my first experience using a staffing company and Jamie made it so comfortable! She immediately set the stage for the screening interview by calming my nerves and at the end I felt so at ease.
