Juniper Mountain Electric

After years of trying to find a reliable electrician I got everything I wanted and more from Juniper Mountain Electric. Amazingly to me when I called I got an appointment in about 3 business days. I asked for 3 dedicated 20 A circuits, 4 new outlets and and inspection of the basement LED lights wiring. Justin, the electrician, showed up on time. He was very personable and more importantly to me he knew what he was doing and did quick and clean looking work.

I received a same-day email response with a rate quote and confirmation they could help with my issue. The following am I received a call to book an appt. with availability same day. Bonnie was very pleasant and professional collecting info/payment and providing email/text communications with rate & electrician status. Justin was friendly and efficient identifying the issue and replacing a couple of parts. He told us exactly what we needed to tell the electric company for their required repair. Very good experience with this company, would call again and recommend.

Exceptional company to work with. Bonnie was my first contact and couldn't believe how friendly, proactive and quick she was to schedule an appt. While talking to her, she asked Jake about one of my ceiling fans I wanted installed on a faulted high ceiling and he recommended that I get a longer downrod. I would never have known/thought to have gotten that and would have caused a double trip for service. Jacob & Joseph were my service electricians and they were patient, professional, friendly and attentive to ensuring the fans (2) were installed correctly. The next couple of days dealt with a noise when one of the fans was running. Thought I needed to work with vendor; called Bonnie and she said that they were the ones to resolve and scheduled next day with Jack. He was also professional, friendly and very intuitive and resolved to my satisfaction. All 3 men were respectful, wore booties when they came in the house and considerate of my furniture that was in the way at times. I will definitely us Juniper again for any electricial issues I have in the future.
