        I have had AMAZING customer service over the phone with Denver Water. They are courteous and helpful EVERY time I call them. One of my favorite places to deal with when paying bills, easy peasy. Thank you Denver Water!

        An employee directly caused damage on our property, and it has been difficult to get them to pay for the $30k worth of damage they caused. It appears we will be needing structural engineer reports and lawyers, even though we have provided clear video and photographic evidence.

        no knock policy is absurd. my issue could've been solved in 5 min but instead i had to do this whole run around to get my water back on. they don't send out notices via email, only paper copies. and they don't knock when they are about to shut the water off. such a scam to get more money from the customer.
