Kalamaya | Goscha

Elizabeth Rose Hardman – eloquent writer, lifesaver, hero, knowledgeable and stone-cold fucking badass. Writing this review is extremely difficult for me. It’s hard for me to express what Elizabeth, Ryan and the team of Kalamaya | Goscha mean to me. They’re family. Take a Netflix series style end of marriage story filled with an unstable Plaintiff, unstable OC, and you have the making of one of the biggest shit shows of a divorce in the history of Colorado. I can say the empathetic, emotional intelligent, and firm approach with an inept OC that Elizabeth provided quite literally saved me. The process of divorce is overwhelming in general. Consider how broken our judicial system is and it’s almost impossible to navigate as a layman. Elizabeth was superb at walking me through the lack of accountability the system has in place for ATI infractions, lack of communication, reckless spending by the plaintiff, baseless accusations, etc. Elizabeth balances the tightrope of “fuck around/find out” with her empathy, professionalism, and eloquent writing skills. Her skillset is one that businesses pay an exorbitant amount of money to find in an employee. I will never go through a divorce process again, but I can tell you anyone that I know who might go through this will have for recommendation. That is of the best law firm in the country Kalamaya | Goscha. As well as, in my honest opinion, the best attorney in Elizabeth Rose Hardman.

I was referred to the Kalamaya / Goscha law firm for a family legal matter. I called around 7pm, and the phone was answered immediately by the office staff. Brooke took my information, gave me a good idea of when someone would be able to get in touch with me and said she would take care of making sure everything would be addressed. She professional, polite and empathetic towards me. You could tell she knew her role thoroughly. I was called by Elizabeth Hardman, who discussed my situation with me. She gathered all the information about what had happened, and reviewed what I had told her in order to make sure what she had gathered was accurate. She took the time to explain all the possibilities of what could happen and how I should handle each of them depending on what transpired. She gave me contact info to reach out to her for assistance should I need it. I was in a situation I had never even thought about, had no idea what to do, and was very unsure of the future. She explained everything to me, allayed my fears and prepared me should anything happen. I cannot express my gratitude for the way Ms. Hardman worked with me. She followed up daily, and was genuinely concerned for me as a person. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer, or firm to have been referred to. Thank you Elizabeth for your help. I was recommended to Leanne after an initial consult with a different attorney who was too busy to take on my case. I gave Leanne a very limited time to help me file response paperwork, she could see my situation was dire and I was desperate for assistance. She made time for me, I felt personally taken care of by her and that she truly cared about me and my difficult situation. She was informative and thorough, easily accessible and very personable. I hired her just for a specific project with my case, "limited scope". She worked tirelessly even after our time was over, to ensure I had everything I needed.
