During Covid a Shamrock Rep came to my restaurant telling us what a hard time Shamrock is having. He asked if we would use them through the hard times...which we did. Now here in 2024, Restaurants are having a hard time making it. Once Shamrock noticed this they sent their rep to tell us that if we wanted food, I had to sign a new agreement that they could take out their money within 36 hours. They began to take it out within 24. They offered me a payment plan on my back balance, and on my last payment to them I read the note they had sent to the Sales Rep. "Collect her money, and then we'll decide if and how we want to work with them. I paid them what I owe them, How two faced. And, they say they care about the restaurants. They are Fakes!!! Don't use them !! Use a company that really cares about if restaurants make it or not (Sysco or US Foods).

Been here a few times, staff is friendly & it usually takes a few hrs to get unloaded (3-6 hrs). Their is a Lumper here and the lumper fees are about normal for the Denver area. Their is enough parking for about 10 trucks overnight if you arrive before they open at 0200 am. No outdoor restrooms that I have seen, but they to have one located next to the receiving office inside. They will Assigned you a door, a lumper will call to give you a fee & they will call to let you know when you are empty, some times if busy they will have you move back to parking area until paperwork is ready. I have waited for over an hour for paperwork in the past Overall I have no issues coming here, decent enough place, could be 5 stars if unloading & paperwork more organized.
