Was the only thing open late. Service was good our waitress was pretty cute and friendly. Surprisingly the bourbon chicken was really good.

It was 3am friday now and I had made huge $$ and wanted to enjoy something new. I always in the past have gotten weird aftermath from rating at Dennys so I've gone maybe 3 times in the past in different states. Colorado no. I needed to use the bathroom and an interesting man in the bathroom growled at me. The chef had to come check him which made me feel bad for the workers. This Dennys was actually pretty busy. When my food showed up it did quick and it was actually magical. I got chicken fried steak and eggs with hashbrowns, side of buttermilk pancakes. I'm sugar free for the most part. I was shocked to find all the food was consumable just fine with Tabasco. Now the eggs had a perfect crust on the bottom and the yoks were perfectly gooy and warm coated The surprising NOT soggy in anyways hashbrown (never with these kines) and omg the chicken fried steak was crispy under the gravy. Every bite the steak burst into savory flavor. Every bite was perfect as Dennys ingredients can be. The pancakes I slurped them down. I tipped well knowing perhaps only myself at home could recreate such a masterpiece. Chef bro needs like a high up kinda chef job.

Alicia was a wonderful server, she was warm and welcoming to us and continued to ensure we had everything we needed as the service got busier. During our stay a difficult customer also walked in which she managed in a very mature and professional manner for which she should be commended!
