The good: Front desk, billing and dental hygienist are all great! The bad: Dr. Glick is a two star dentist. Worst experience I've ever had with a cavity repair. Had to go in 3X's to get it fixed. Filling had to be taken out and repaired from scratch by Dr. Miller, who is actually great. Would not return because of Dr. Glick.

The ineptitude of the front desk almost killed me. For the most part the dentist are good. I had an appointment, a week out I called and said my mouth was terribly infected and I needed to come in before my appointment. Some new lady, asked me if I could just wait the 7 das, I told her I didnt think that was a good idea because my mouth was really bad. She then put me on hold for 25 minutes, I hung up and called back, and no one picks up. So I waited the 7 days, called that morning to confirm my appointment. The guy who picked up the phone informed me that my appointment was canceled, and that they tried to text me to confirm a week out (the day I spoke to the First Lady), and I dont not reply. I asked what phone number they used, he told me the old one I had, even though they text me on the new one for my last appointment. I told him about the problem with my mouth , and what happens beforedidnt matterSo I make another appointment for a week or so later. My mouth was so swollen at that time it was the size of a golf ball. I end up going to a walk in, cause I could not take the lain anymore. The doctor told me I was lucky I came in, because my mouth was so bad. That in the worst case scenario I could have died. So I get that fixed up with antibiotics. I then go to my next appointment with OG dental. Mind you O.G dental and I are in discussions for a 20-40k teeth replacement, of which I had secured the funds for. But now I was super unsure I wanted to do that big of business with them after what just happened . After all that I go OG dental for my next appointment, and the lady who almost killed me is at the desk, and Im kinda salty. So they tell me how much the procedure is going to cost, and I say I forgot and I dont have it, I did forget, but I did have it thoughI just wanted to see how they would act when I said I didnt. The other lady at the front desk tried to make me feel dumb and poor. I told her I forgotshe informed me that we told you about last appointmentwell I had 4 teeth ripped out, and was kinda in a fogmy faultI told them forget and to cancel every appointment going forward. Little did she know that her and the lady who almost killed just cost thier boss a 40k surgery. So bottom line the staff are not good at thier jobs, and you will be treated like you are a used car, and they are mechanics. I am super glad I did not get this 40k surgery there. Edit: and then the owner had the audacity to call me and try to act like it was my fault for his staff ineptitude..talk about his business.Lordy.All dude had to do was accept the fact his staff messed up, and apologize, and I would have took this downtalking about our records dont show you called my guy..I can literally pull up my own phone records .dude really tired to pass the buck. Im now considering a lawsuit.

Our apologies for the issues scheduling your appointment. Thank you for discussing it with us. It did help us uncover exactly what happened and put the pieces together that weren't adding up prior to talking with us. You were dealing with a new team member when you called who was still in their first week with us. We do a lot of training with the team but things can still slip through the cracks. We will take your experience back to train on and we do see the mistake in scheduling now. We offer online scheduling and typically have at least one emergency visit a day that opens in the morning for same day emergencies. That could've helped with this situation, had you seen or known about the online scheduling option. We appreciate your feedback. Your feedback helps us grow, learn, and become a better health care provider
