Billing for this office and their sister office (River point dental) absolutely sucks. I dont know if a lack of competency or greed is the cause, but billing is a nightmare here. The visit itself was fine. My insurance covered the service minus my patient responsibility which was paid before the procedure was completed. 7 months later theyre telling me I owe another $500! Ive called my insurance and they stated theyve sent payment for their portion and the amount I actually paid was more than sufficient, a few dollars over in fact. Both Belleview dentist and Riverpoint have done this. Ive even obtained a EOB from them directly that my insurance sent them due to the issue and both offices refuse to honor that they messed up. They need a new billing department or to go out of business.

Everyone is very nice at the clinic, taking the time to listen to you and very welcoming. No long waiting time. Dr. Meister is very friendly and funny! Definitely recommend!

Dr. Meister and dental staff are fantastic. They make you feel comfortable and listen. He is a perfectionist, caring and gentle doctor. A great office my whole family goes to . Appreciate his care.
