Had a standard cleaning scheduled this past Monday. I showed up on time ready for my appointment and was told the hygienist did not show up. They had no one else who could take me so I was sent home without my cleaning. They told me they would call me the next day to see when they could fit me in later in the week with cancellations. No one called. I gave them a call today and they told me they would not be able to see me for 8 months until November. I asked if they could squeeze me in some time sooner since I made my original appointment 6 months ago, which I showed up for, and the issue was on their end. They said no, they could only see me in Nov. I've been going to this dentist for almost a decade. How disappointing. The desk worker was rude and disrespectful. Not to mention that I'm unsure why no one called me in the first place before I drove over on Monday only to sit in the waiting room for 15 mins and then be told to go home. Will be finding a new dentist since I'm not going to wait 14 months to get my teeth cleaned, nor want to patronize a business that cares so little about how they treat their patients. Note: The dentists and hygienists I've seen over the years have all been kind and considerate. This post is solely in regards to the front office.

We have been going to see Dr. Braun at 4th Ave dentistry for almost ten years. The staff are welcoming and friendly and both the doctors are great. We have brought our kids there since they were little. Our son just had his first cavity filled and Dr. Braun took the extra time to explain to him the step by step process and showed him each part of the process. It made all the difference for a nervous kid going into the procedure. Highly recommend them to any families in the area!

Great practice. If you look at the negative reviews--these are bureaucratic issues not important in a dentist. What's important in a dentist is accurate assessment and good work being done. This dentist office gets the key issues right, highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about this office, Dr Braun and his team. Every appointment starts exactly on time and everyone is so nice. Highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Denver area!!
