We were under the impression my daughter was getting an exam for glasses and contacts. She already had contacts for the past 2 years and the doctor even said he was going to finalize the exam after I came back with her contacts and when I returned one of the office ladies said my daughter had to have an an exam and has to miss another day of school. The doctor had me do the running home for her other contacts and said he was going to finalized it just to have the office lady tell him was had to happen. From the looks of it she controls everyone one because not even the assistant to the exam would speak up when I was saying she was in the room. So long story short my daughter cannot complete her exam.
