This place is a FRAUD all they want is your money! I should have read the reviews before going here! 4,600 dollar's for a cleaning!! Outrageous!!! The receptionist told me I didn't have to pay anything & even printed out a document saying I didn't have to pay but 3 years later they take me to court to pay!!! Please people DONT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!! THEY ARE JUST OUT FOR YOUR MONEY!

Dr Buckstein's a crook! He asked me to do a follow up evaluation, didn't even spend five minutes with me and charged me $250. No mention that this appointment was not covered by insurance. They also cancelled one of my appointments 20 minutes before I was scheduled. Please don't go here!!!

I’ve been going to Dr Buckstein for years. While the right wing talk radio is annoying, I have never found his staff to be anything but professional, cordial and good at their jobs. Bobbi is my hygienist and does a fantastic job for me and Betty at the front desk has never been rude! Dr B is a little quirky but the procedures he did for me benefited me. Each to their own I guess, but if he were as BAD as some of these reviews say, his office wouldn’t be as busy as it always is.

The worst customer service i have ever had, i called to get an appointment and OMG Betty is very rude and has no CSR Skills. On top of that she does not care when i told her she was being very rude. I would never allow people like this to work on me. Rude as hell.
