        So frustrating to have the bank you have had your whole life, change their hours suddenly to make it almost impossible for you to make it to deposit money. I work at night and its very hard to get there during business hours plus on top of it we only have one location anywhere close to where I live. The downtown location does not have an ATM that makes it possible to deposit cash into your bank account. my bank account is constantly overdrafting because I cant get to the bank in time to deposit cash. I have to switch banks now because I dont have access. Im just not willing to fight rush-hour traffic to make it to the bank and then turn around and go back home to rush to get ready for work.

        No sign of virtual assistant. Good thing I opted for half an hour parking around the corner as waiting for help almost exceeded the parking time just to cash some checks. A sense of urgency would be appreciated. Seems like we are moving away from a person to person world. And customer service has been put last everywhere.

        Ent is a great credit union. I have been with them for many years. I mostly use online banking, but occasionally stop by to deposit a check and withdraw cash. Tellers are always pleasant and efficient.
