CRS has been amazing for me! I love my therapist and the fact that she has the certifications in areas that are best to help me heal from my trauma. She also comes up with new coping mechanisms that a lot of people wouldn't think of and she makes me feel safe to try new things. I highly recommend CRS to anyone who needs a therapist to help heal from trauma or even just to work through other issues that come up from life. The therapists are both professional and make you feel safe and heard, which is definitely something that is a requirement in a good therapist.

I've been struggling with anxiety for as long as I can remember and Stephanie has been amazing! She has helped me through so many different issues my life has thrown my way. She takes the time to listen and has help me develop ways and tools to help me cope in my anxious moments! Steph has been such a huge help in my life! My personal relationships have improved so much since I've started seeing her!
