Carolyn isnt like your idea of a typical talk therapist. If you need to talk, she can do that but if you need more, which most of us do you are in good hands. She is very intelligent - she understands the way that our bodies were made and how our experiences effect and connect and bring us to where we are. I did a set ofChristian EMDR sessions with her and experienced healing in a whole new fashion. Quick is kind of a taboo word when it comes to counseling but for me, her approach brought quick, thorough and effective healing. I was also very comfortable and felt like she really could empathize. Not ashamed to share my story.
