I have been seeing Jessica for a couple of months now due to a back injury. She is very knowledgeable in the field of Biofeedback and she helped me tremendously throughout my ordeal. I very highly recommend her because she is a very good listener, kind, patient and compassionate. she taught me how to cope with my chronic pain by learning how to control my breathing, thoughts, muscles and body temperature . About a year ago Jessica Graves helped me with a chronic back issue using bio-feedback. I had been to physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractor and massage therapy and nothing worked until this bio-feedback therapy. In one session she figured out what was wrong and by the 2nd session I had corrected it using her suggestions. I haven't had the pain since. I highly highly recommend her!
