Laurens approach to therapy is consistent and very personal. She listens and allows me to define my reality and all its many feelings. She encourages and explains. She gently suggests as she guides me into areas of neediness. She reinforces and also shines a light into dark places and accompanies me as I look for truth and healing. She is a constant source of strength and hope for me. I am learning that I have many tools at my disposal with which to meet the challenges of every new day. I hope I can share these with others on a similar journey.

I've seen a few different therapists over the years, and Lauren at Counseling Colorado is by far the best I've seen. Clear goals are defined, and talk therapy is supplemented with worksheets and homework (if you want). The most effective and structured program I've heard of / seen. Highly Recommend.
