I had a terrible experience at this 7 11 at around 8pm on Nov 21st. I walked in and there was no clerk around and there was on older lady that was getting impatient and seemed to be there a while waiting. She went and knocked on the employee only door and the clerk shouted that she was in the bathroom which I understand. We both then waited and waited at there register two more customers came in and lined up behind us. One of them ended up walking out without paying because of thelengthog the wait. When the clerk did come out shelooked high. She then ridley asked the lady in front of the line if she was thefirstcustomer there. The lady replied yes. She then yelled at the the lady saying are you the one who knocked on thefing door? She also called the customer the best word and continued yelling profanities at the customer. Ji was so off put that I left my purchase at the counter and left. theater customer left as well so the storehad a theft and lost 2 customers. It was the worst customer service I've ever seen.

Went in this morning for my usual coffee before heading to work ( sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's lukewarm ) and the guy at the counter was picking scabs on his leg at the counter. Can we all say bloodborne pathogens?

after midnight, the store is overrun with fentanyl addicts who smoke in the store. it's so bad that potentially, someone could come in after midnight with a face covering and shoplift anything they want. the clerks obviously wouldn't call the police because they're using illegal drugs (not that the police respond in this area anyways), also people can't fight when they'r high on fentanyl. As you'll see - this review will get a generic computer generated response, so the company obviously wouldn't care if everyone went in after midnight and shoplifted. I would HATE to see people steal things from 7/11 in the middle of the night while it's operating as a drug den. Unfortunately, it's just a reality of the situation that EVERYTHING AT THIS 7/11 IS FREE AFTER MIDNIGHT.
