I had an excellent experience with David Coggeshall, even though my project changed over time to such an extent that I wound up in the end awarding the project to another construction company. Which is actually why I'm giving David five stars. He spent hours working with us for several months in pre-construction phase on evaluating our project and exploring options - without ever charging a cent. He even made a number of personal trips to our home and would appear on a moment's notice. He was a prince and a professional every step of the way.

Update:  Coggeshall sued me in Denver Court:  DATE FILED: September 11, 2018 5:00 PMCASE NUMBER: 2017CV32902.  Court found in my favor on deformation claim related to this post.  The court also found him in breach of conctract and awarded attorneys fees.  The total judement for Crandall  was $29,796.06

High Quality work for sure, especially the brick-work that was done. The reason for not 4 stars, could have been done quicker for sure (always checking in on the project), and the price, although not bad for the quality, I thought a little high. If you are looking for high quality work done right, and don't mind it taking a little longer, I'd go with them again.
