I worked for this company and it's nothing but a complete joke. The union has given me the run around for 7 months finally get to the apprenticeship and get told my whole 7 months that i just worked doesnt even count.
Jimma will lie to your face time and time again do not trust anything he says. You are just another number to them they don't care about you or anyone else but themselves. Please save yourself from working from a company like this and find yourself a company who will value you as an employee.
