PARKING BEWARE!!! I went downtown after a funeral to meet my out-of-state cousin staying at a nearby hotel. I saw a parking garage and drove inside. Pushed to get a ticket and rates showed $6/hour, $3/additional hour. I was there for less than two hours so I expected bill to be $9.00. Bill total was $20. I called for an attendant. The attendant said there was a sign outside that said Event Parking $20. I told him I did not see a sign outside, and the price should be on their sign when you get a ticket. That didnt matter, I was not allowed to leave until I paid $20. I drove out of the parking garage looking for the sign. I did find it, not easy, across the street on the corner, however it did not specify where or what garage. I was not aware there was a baseball game, plus I was not there for a game, and less than two hours.

It's really funny that I work in a building that I'm not even allowed to use the restroom in... My store is literally right downstairs from a bathroom... instead they want me to walk halfway across the building to go to another bathroom that is always locked and the code is constantly changing...all I was doing was trying to take a dump and I get interrupted by security...DANG REALLY...

The Coloradan has it all, a beautiful property, with ample parking, a coffee shop, dry cleaning, and other retail on the main floor to make your life easier. Brandon and Mattia are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to answer any questions regarding the property. The rooftop pool and kitchen area are perfect for hosting a nice event, and the views are incredible. Its no wonder that this is one of the hottest properties in LoDo.
