The Belvedere

My friend has lived here for 20+ years and I visit him frequently, so I have had many opportunities to observe this building. The first and second floors include the expansive condo lobby plus multiple retail and office spaces. The rest of the building is condos of various sizes with four penthouses. The building is very well-maintained with an elegant lobby and beautifully designed and furnished hallways that have been substantially upgraded over the years. The complex is 16 stories with 74 residential units and was constructed in 2000. Most units are owner-occupied, but there are some rentals. The HOA has been on an upgrade program, given that systems need renewal after 20 years. All of the major systems have been updated over the past few years and the building is in very good condition inside and out. There is a thorough security system, both at the street entrance and at all garage entrances. A two-level underground garage provides parking for all units. There is a front desk with a security guard. There is good handicap access throughout the building. The units are beautiful. Many have multiple balconies and the views are fantastic.

We currently live here, we moved in, 2017. Building has cycled through 2 different Management Companies and the BOARD has been continually revising and getting better. The current President with Current Management Company has been systematically repairing and revitalizing ALL aspects of the Building.....Security, Structure, HVAC, Architecture....etc... The Community is very quiet, professional and respectful...we could not be more blessed to be surrounded by them. The Belvedere is improving exponentially and we are excited for the next 10 years of Value Increases.
