Netirio - Denver Managed IT Services Company

Our law firm used Netirio for IT services over the last years, after using another vendor for many years. This company and their team has done an excellent job. They are very knowledgeable, and have been responsive. They have made recommendations to improve our IT systems using the cloud and updated security protocols. I would recommend Netirio.

Avery is a real professional. We had 6 or 7 employees experiencing outlook issues and he handled the project perfectly, minimizing their down time. Also, he handled the pressure well of 7 people asking him questions all at the same time.

I had a network issue that needed to be looked at fairly quickly. Avery came to my office late in the afternoon and he stayed into the evening to get everything taken care of before our new phones arrive. We will definitely be using him in the future.

EXCEPTIONAL! My computer was locked. Message said "Windows Defender" has detected a possible virus and call us immediately" . It looked like it was a Microsoft message but it was fraudulent. Message said "Don't close your computer." Whatever I did the computer was frozen. I called a couple of different companies for help. One wanted to come to my house for $200 ++. Then I called Denver Computer Techs and spoke to Avery. In three minutes on the phone he restored my computer completely. I wanted to pay him at least $50.00 and he refused to be paid. He said "Just write a review." This guy is excellent!!! How could I say anything better? Of course I will use him in the future! September 1, 2021
