I would give this more than 5 stars if I could! Donovan is THE Mac expert! He's efficient, professional, patient, and puts things in easily digestible language that you can understand. I'll use him for all of my Mac issues.

I accidentally murdered my laptop by spilling sticky stout all over it. I thought it was a goner. I googled Mac repair places and thought a small business like this would be better than Apple. Im so glad I did! Donavan was so kind, helpful, and put many, many hours into cleaning my laptop. He kept me updated throughout the process and seemed insistent on getting it to work! Very happy and would recommend using Mac-Minded for your computer needs!

Wonderful experience! He replaced my battery on my 2017 MacBook Pro. He fixed it in less than 2 hours that same day and his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
