We specifically inquired about the need to change ownership of these accounts, and we were informed that it was unnecessary at that time. We have record of this communication, which we have provided to your team.We also went above and beyond to assist with separate matters related to a legal situation and setting up dedicated laptops for email scanning. Although these tasks were outside the original scope of our engagement, we were committed to supporting your team to the best of our abilities, even after your company declined to pay the second half of the agreed-upon migration fee.The unfortunate outcome of this project led to one of our best team members, who had been with us for five years, deciding to leave the company. He felt defeated after pouring his heart and soul into ensuring the success of this migration, only to be met with dissatisfaction despite our tireless efforts.We regret that these challenges led to your dissatisfaction with our services. When we reached out to discuss the situation and the review, we were disheartened that not only was our communication not acknowledged, but the complaint was amplified.
